This exceptionally dense Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is produced at the Abbey of Benedictine Monks in Modena. The Fathers have always been present at this Abbey and still live a monastic life, in the observance of the Benedictine Rule: "Ora et Labora" (Pray and Work).

Their Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP 4 Leaves is very dark, dense, and syrupy. It is exceptionally smooth, with a sweet and sour aroma and the typical roundness and complexity of well-aged Balsamic Vinegar.

Abbazia dei Padri Benedettini Balsamic Vinegar is sublime on fresh strawberries or a small piece of aged cheese. Drizzle over roasted or grilled meats, fresh garden salads, grilled vegetables, or gelato.

Sachets can be used as samples or in food service applications.
